We happily cater to food allergies and intolerances.
FRUCTOSE: Our Kitchen uses Massel Stock Powder for our cream sauce base, pasta & risotto. Massel Stock Powder is GM Free, Gluten Free, Lactose-Free & has no added MSG. We mix our stock at a ratio that contains 0.03% fructose. Please advise your wait staff if your intolerance is high so we can make your dish with no high fructose contents.
GLUTEN: Our menu is predominately Gluten Free (G/F). Please note, as we are a commercial kitchen, products that contain gluten are used in our kitchen. If you are highly sensitive to your intolerance, please advise your wait staff & we will make every endeavour to avoid cross-contamination.
